Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without stating reasons.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, take possession of the goods.
For contracts involving multiple goods ordered as a single order and delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day you or your designated third party take possession of the last item.
For contracts involving delivery of goods in multiple partial shipments or pieces, the withdrawal period begins on the day you or your designated third party take possession of the last partial shipment or piece.

You may use the attached sample withdrawal form, though it is not mandatory.
If an appropriate electronic withdrawal function is provided on our website, you may also declare your withdrawal using this function electronically.
A withdrawal may include, for example, the following information:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Electronic Withdrawal Function
For contracts that require a statutory electronic withdrawal function by law, we provide such a function on our website.
The function is easily accessible and clearly identified during the statutory withdrawal period, for example as "Withdraw from contract".
The electronic withdrawal function requests the information required to identify your contract. After submitting your withdrawal, you will receive electronic confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium.
Using the electronic withdrawal function is not required if you withdraw using another permitted method.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day your notice of withdrawal is received by us.
We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for the refund.
We may refuse the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
Return of Goods
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.

Return Shipping Costs
When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods, provided we properly informed you of this cost allocation before concluding the contract.
For defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered goods, we bear the necessary return shipping costs to the extent we are legally obligated to do so.
Value Compensation
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functionality.
You may generally inspect the goods in the same way as you would in a physical store.
Exclusion or Early Termination of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for which the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded under applicable law.
This may apply in particular to certain goods or services, for example:

Goods made to customer specifications or clearly tailored to personal needs;

Goods that are perishable or whose expiration date would soon be exceeded;

Sealed goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal was removed after delivery;

Certain digital content not supplied on a physical medium if execution began before the withdrawal period expired and the consumer expressly consented and confirmed awareness of losing the right of withdrawal;

Other cases expressly specified by law.
Whether a statutory exception applies to a specific item depends on the goods and the circumstances of the contract conclusion.

Using the sample form is voluntary.
Voluntary Return Option
Independent of the statutory right of withdrawal, we offer consumers a voluntary return option of up to 30 days after receipt of the goods.
The conditions of this voluntary return are described in our separate Returns and Refunds Policy.
The voluntary return option does not restrict the statutory right of withdrawal or other statutory rights.
